During this Tour, you'll get to know the history of Peruvian gastronomy.
Our culinary adventure starts at a typical Peruvian market. Here you can see a wide range of Peruvian products on display, and you can enjoy and taste exotic fruits that are hardly or not known in Europe or in the United States. Be surprised by the wide variety of fish and seafood from the Pacific Ocean.
We will also visit one of Lima's most exclusive and well-known restaurants, namely La Rosa Nautica, where you will learn to make your own Pisco Sour and Peru's most acclaimed fish dish namely Ceviche. Afterwards you can enjoy a delicious lunch, consisting of the most symbolic dishes of Peruvian cuisine.
